Mac: → About This Mac → "Apple M" = Silicon, "Intel Core" = Intel.
Windows: Run the .exe → follow installer → launch from Start Menu.
Linux: chmod +x the .AppImage → run it.

📋 Getting started

  1. 1Mac: Open the .dmg → drag Henry AI to Applications → right-click → Open the first time if macOS warns you
    Windows: Run the .exe installer → follow the prompts → launch from Start Menu
  2. 2Say "setup henry" — enter your name, business name, and hourly rate
  3. 3Turn on the AI. Two options: add your own free Groq key (or run Ollama) for unlimited local use — or, if you bought Henry Pro, paste the license key from your email into Settings → License to unlock built-in hosted AI, no key needed.
  4. 4Say "gm" for your first morning brief
  5. 5Say "companion url" to get Henry on your phone too

🔐 One-time permissions (Mac only)

  1. →System Settings → Privacy → Accessibility → turn on Henry AI (needed for keyboard shortcuts and system control)
  2. →System Settings → Privacy → Screen Recording → turn on Henry AI (needed for the screenshot command only — optional)
